If you will forgive the raw, ardent speculative redefinition of the future for a moment, we are entering an important epoch where C++ programs (i.e., all programs) are born anew as common lisp kittems or cl-kittens to coin their name interactively easily declaratively defined from a reused emacs interface. This is the simple recipe:

1. JackDaniel (and their forebearers)'s Embeddable common lisp built inhabiting C++
2. JackDaniel (and their forebearers)'s McCLIM (GUI etc) interactive common lisp interface generation with swank server integration
3. Those C++ programs slime-connected into emacs, exposing them to the whole emacs kit and kiboodle
4. Via emacs, those C++ Common lisp McCLIM swank slime external programs/images are brought to life as dynamic page generating small-web kittens both locally and on the internet
5. (Aral’s Kitten framework
6. Disconnect from emacs, the programs still project/generate the uniquely declared kitten of their own
7. ???
8. Kittens everywhere
